We’re looking for people to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service.

GOALS:

  • Create / Convert / Close
  • 30-40 showings per week to fully qualified buyers
  • Average 5 homes shown before writing an offer

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have NC/SC Real Estate License
  • Daily 7:30AM Accountability Call
  • 5 days in office per week (25 hours) when not showing
  • 3 hours prospecting for new business / 2 hours follow up
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Master Scripts

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Show properties to our 100% fully qualified and approved Clients for our Lead Agent team
  • Report daily activities
  • Maintain CRM
  • Expert on market and inventory
  • Contribute to HPREA mission/vision by meeting your personal goals
