JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a stellar Lead Agent to join our team! We are expecting a motivated, self-starter who enjoys helping people and will assist them in navigating through the home-selling and home-buying process. The Lead Agent is responsible for assisting several seller/buyer clients at a time. If you are great at building relationships, prioritizing tasks, and managing your time well, WE WANT YOU!!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to new leads in a timely manner and maintain consistent follow up to convert into appointments
  • Manage all leads in contact database system; set and complete tasks in the system, track all client communications
  • Identify homes that meet prospective buyers’ home search criteria, schedule showings, help them to refine their criteria
  • Stay up to date with the real estate market and educate clients about market trends and the home selling/buying process
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhoods
  • Write and submit offers on behalf of clients, effectively negotiate offers and work with clients to get that property under contract

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Applicants for this position will have NC and SC Real Estate licenses
  • Minimum 1 year real estate experience with proven sales record
  • Must be a TEAM player, motivated and personable

IDEAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Worked in a high volume, inbound/outbound sales environment
  • Customer-facing service industry/restaurant experience
